- No Parties Treat the unit with respect. Unit will only be delivered to active, licensed RV parks with full hook ups, No muddy, dirty shoes worn inside, please take off your footwear when entering.
- Please no cooking of strong-smelling foods inside the unit, shellfish, crab, seafood, bacon etc... No deep frying inside the unit.
- If using the awnings, please retract them in high winds, heavy winds and when not there.
- The bunk beds are not a jungle gym for children of any age! You will be held liable for any damages
