- None refundable deposit if the camper smells of cigarette or cannabis smoke, or any animals in the camper.
- No music festival.
- $350 for excessive cleaning fee.
- When windows and doors are opened, the window and door screens must remain shut to prevent bugs, especially mosquitos from entering
- No food can go down the the sink drain
