Enrique was very accommodating and was able to be flexible on pickup times for us. Easy, quick pickup and dropoff! RV is a little older but drove great and had no issues with any of the equipment
While the vehicle served its purpose, I would not recommend renting this unit. The rv was not in good condition. All upholstery was worn with holes and tears. The seat covers for driver and passenger are a hazard as they did not fit the seats and slid around during transport. The provided utensils were all dirty from previous renters and were put back in the cupboards that way.
Enrique was a good host. He responded to questions promptly.
However, the morning of the day I was to return the RV, he told me I couldn't return it until after 6:00pm. The listing said it had to be returned by 4:00pm and that was what I planned on. I told him I couldn't return it that late because I lived over an hour away from him. He said that he was flexible and expected me to be flexible.
Enrique is a wonderful RV host. He allowed me to pick up the RV a bit earlier than our planned time and was available for communications throughout my rental.
Enrique was extremely responsive and the RV was working properly, clean upon pickup and suited our travels well. Highly recommend this RV and Enrique!
