Perfect configuration for a family. Very well maintained and TONS of storage. Includes bed linens, dishes, utensils and cookware, basic spices, DVDs and puzzles. The cabin has two TVs. The main bedroom has a door that closes for privacy. Two separate air conditioner units--30amp for the main ac and if you want to use the second ac it will require 50 amp.

- Propane is to remain off while driving the RV. Only on when the RV is parked/stationery.
- Please put all toys, board games, puzzles, DVDs back in their designated places.
- Running of the generator past 25 hours per trip requires checking of the oil in the generator at the 25 hour mark.

The vehicle was not clean. The driver & passenger seats were filthy and stained. The bathroom shower curtain was basically inoperable and wouldn’t close without wetting the entire bathroom. There were remnants of previous rentals food on the floor of the kitchen area and the dining areas. The air conditioning worked intermittently and allowed wife with cancer to suffer.
I sincerely apologize you didn't have the experience you hoped for. At your departure the shower curtain was noted -my husband apologized for the damage & offered to get another shower curtain, but you stated it would be fine. As he went over the operation of the RV w/ you, it was in a clean state without food remnants. If it was in an unacceptable state, why wouldn’t you have said so then?
Absolutely fantastic experience! This was my first time renting an RV, although I have fond memories of camping with them from my childhood. From start to finish, the entire process felt incredibly professional, yet warm and welcoming, as if I had borrowed a lovely RV from friends. The ride was smooth and the spacious interior made it a joy to travel.
Katie is absolutely INCREDIBLE! She was so easy to work with. She gave me her cell, and was there to answer any questions we had. VERY thorough at pick up and throughout our trip. The RV was SO much fun. Tons of sleeping area and other fun additions. We drove it up to NYC and back, and just had an amazing experience. Thank you, Katie!
