- Must dump all waste before drop off. This includes all trash, gray water tanks, and black water tanks. All tanks are to be drained before checkout and drop off. Dishes/utensils must be washed.
- Place all dirty linens inside clothes basket. Sweep and mop the kitchen, bathroom, bedroom. If drugs, alcohol, tobacco products are used within/outside the rv a fee will be added at the end of stay

Loved my stay in this roomy trailer. It had ALL the amenities that I required, and the owners were fantastic to work with!!!
This was perfect for a guys trip to Bristol. Kenny and his wife were very quick to respond to questions and concerns as well as any accommodation we had asked for. Kenny delivered it to our spot and set it up for us, went over all the bells and whistles and was there for any questions if they arose. Would definitely rent again!
