They all went above and beyond to accommodate us and as our first camping trip, we loved it and we will definitely be going again! Very professional, very clean, communication was great. We also loved how it came with a rug and camping chairs, a grill, utensils, plates cups and bowls, pans, coffeemaker, ect.
