The RV was gorgeous, spotless, fully equipped and Kayeloni even added hangers at our request. She delivered it to our campsite and set it up so it was ready to go. She walked us through the RV and was quick to respond with questions. There were spices and toiletries above and beyond what was expected.
Wonderful experience- - the very well-equipped RV was perfect for our needs . KayeLoni was super responsive. I would definitely rent this RV again and highly recommend it to friends and family!
We had a great experience with KayeLoni and this trailer for our Silverwood vacation. She was very communicative which was helpful. Having never used a trailer before I appreciated that she answered my questions which were basic about using a trailer. I also appreciated that she was willing to not use scented things when cleaning as I am very intolerant.
KayeLoni and Bryan are wonderful hosts! The trailer is great! So great in fact that we've rented it two years in a row from them. We do recommend them without hesitation! Please tell them Chuck and Jill sent you!!
Kayeloni was great to work with on this rental. They were very flexible to deal with what I thought was unnecessary difficulty by the park staff to complete the trailer delivery but we were able to communicate and work through it. The trailer was in great shape and everything worked great!
Awesome rental for extended family. Parked in Our shop for extra bed space. Kids loved the curtained bunks for privacy and quiet time. Will rent this one again!
