- First and foremost, don't do anything illegal or that might get you or someone else hurt. This includes climbing on the roof. You must be 25 or older to drive. All drivers must be verified
- There is a strict no smoking policy that must be adhered to. If evidence of smoking inside the rental is found, we reserve the right to charge up to $750 to PROPERLY clean, treat and disinfect
- You must dump/empty the septic before returning. Heavy Use Cleaning Fee Cleaning Fee of $250 for coaches covered in bugs, road tar, mud
- Refueling cost Unit must be returned with a full tank of fuel. Cost is $6.44 a gallon if not.
- A 30 minute interior disinfectant cleaning is included in your prep fee. You should bring the unit back cleaned from your trip or additional fees apply .

We had a great experience renting from Fireside RV Rental and would do it again. The pickup was smooth and informative. (We've had very limited experience with RVs.) The AC worked great during a hot summer week in an open field. The water pump and water all worked great (we didn't use water heater). We did not use generator but were hooked up to power and that all worked.
