- If toilet is used, cartridge must be emptied prior to vehicle return. Not complying will result in increased cleaning fees.
- Care for the vehicle as if it was your own. I don't expect it to come back perfect but if it comes back with stains or other items requiring extensive cleaning there will be additional fees.
- Well groomed gravel roads are acceptable but no off roading or rough trails.
- Gray water must be emptied if it was used. Not complying will result in increased cleaning fees.
- Vehicle must be returned with a full tank of diesel or additional fees may be collected.

Renting the van from Riley was an absolute breeze. From start to finish, the experience was seamless—Riley was communicative, helpful, and made everything incredibly easy. The van itself had all the comfort and space we needed, whether we were on the road or parked and relaxing. You can tell Riley takes great pride in both his vehicle and the rental experience.
We enjoyed an amazing trip in Riley's Mercedes Rekon Pleasure Way Van. It was perfect for the two of us and we will definitely rent this amazing camper van again. Working with Riley was very easy as he was always quick to respond and was very thorough with the walkthrough prior to our departure. This van was easy to drive, very comfortable and equipped with everything one needs for a trip.
Riley was awesome to work with. We were first time RV rental. These Vans have a lot of Tech. He patiently walked us through all the settings before we departed. We boiled water , frothed our coffee, charged our phones and iPads The solar power was great it charged up everyday. We always had over 70% power everyday after use.
The bathroom and shower were nice but small as expected.
Great experience overall. Riley was always available to answer and questions prior and during the rental period. RV itself is very new, clean and everything you need for your next adventure!
Perfect vehicle for a few days of camping Idaho. Riley was really easy to communicate and coordinate with and made the whole process very easy. The van was spotless, easy to drive and had everything we needed for a great trip.
