Fully stocked with linens, dishes, cookware, and outdoor seating. All you have to bring is food and your toothbrush. Primary bedroom with standard queen size mattress, not a camper mattress; full-size bunk beds; the couch lays down to make a bed and the dinette turns to a bed (these two are best for small kids). The bathroom has a shower and tub.

My name is Mary and my husband is Casey. Casey is a Colorado native and has done various camping throughout his life. We are close to Chatfield State Park so we love to get down there when we can. If we aren't camping there you'll often times find us out on the water with our paddle boards. We have an almost 6 year old daughter who is enjoying the outdoors as much as we do.

- Minimum renter age of 25
- Renter must return camper in same condition as they received it. This is to include cleaning and dishes.
- No pets. A $100 fee will be assessed if a pet is found to have been in the camper without prior notice to owner.
- If renter picks camper up the renter is responsible for dumping the tanks. If camper is delivered to renter the owner is responsible for dumping the tanks but a $200 fee will be added.
