Camper was delivered two hours late and dirty inside and out upon arrival, we had to completely wipe down the bathroom with disinfectant wipes, and clean up clumps of hair from the floor. No outside shower, no TV in the bunkhouse. Broken window in bunkhouse and damaged blinds in the main bedroom..
The camper was very comfortable and nice. The air conditioning worked great during hot weather. Communication went well around drop off and pick up, and they were really laid back and flexible. We had an issue with a clogged and smelly septic tank from previous users. Had a bit of difficulty getting that resolved, but they came out and took care of it later the next day.
We definitely give Joanne’s RV 5 stars across the board! The RV was spotlessly clean and exactly as described. It had everything we needed for nearly a week of glamping. Joanne was very easy to work with and made the whole process easy. They delivered and picked up the RV for us.
This camper was exactly what we needed for our family. The camper was delivered and set up for me, and it had everything we needed. My favorite part was the outside kitchen and cooking area. I would recommend this rental!

Owners were extremely helpful. They delivered and picked up on time and answered all of my questions. Camper has two bunk beds and two tables. The master bed was comfortable. We appreciated the chairs and small outside table. Outdoor bar was perfect too!
