- • No smoking in the unit or smell of smoke inside from fires or smoking outside, no tailgating, no music festivals, no pets allowed under any circumstances. Full deposits will be voided if so
- • Late returns will result in $100 charge per hour unless agreed upon prior by the owner • Refuel Charge (Gas) is $250 if not returned full • Refuel Charge (Propane) is $250 if not returned full
- • Dump Fee is $250 for either the Gray and/or Black Tanks if not emptied (This can be done at RV parks or at any Camping World) • Fresh Water fill fee is $200 if not returned full
- • Excessive cleaning fee is $250 additionally so please return it as taken • Do not climb on the roof
