We had delivery service and Sarah & Jason were a joy to work with. Very friendly and kept in touch with updates when it got closer to the rental dates. Very cooperative with working with campground's arrival and departure times. Main problem with RV Shares web site is that it doesn't make allowances for delivery vs pick-up services.
We had some issues with the A/C but the issue was with the campground. Jason spent a good amount of time working on the issue, considering it wasn't a problem with the camper. Having two refrigerators was great, we needed the space. Both Sarah and Jason were great with communicating. Messages returned quickly and phone calls answered.
Sarah responded very quickly every time I messaged. We had the camper delivered and her husband set everything up, and went over everything. There were problems with the electric at the campgrounds and he stayed around trying to see if there was anything he could do to help to make sure we were good. Very nice couple to rent from!
Very nice humans ! They made the experience very easy to navigate! They were very pleasant to work with. The RV was as pictured and the amenities were as listed.
Sarah when out of her way to deliver the camper and made sure we had a wonderful experience! Will rent from her again!
