Michelle was incredibly welcoming. Made the RV up as if it were ours. Communicated better than most and above all was extraordinarily kind. We had a great experience with the Bravos. Michelle was incredibly responsive from the start. They dropped it off and had it set up for us by the time we arrived. Just had to unload and relax. The camper was clean and nicely furnished - looked like it was brand new, but was well stocked with everything we need. We will definitely look for this one when we camp on the West side of MI again.
