Rental Rules

- Minimum renter age of 25
- NO SMOKING! Smoking in the RV will result in forfeiture of your entire security deposit!
- You must empty all tanks, Black, Grey, and Fresh Water prior to return of unit! Failure to do so will result in a $250 Deduction out of your security deposit!
- All included items must be returned cleaned and in the condition they left in! Used towels blankets and sheets must be placed on the slide out couch!
- RV must be returned in the condition it was in when you picked it up, ie clean! If RV is not cleaned you will be charged a $100 cleaning fee
- When draining the tanks drain the black water tank first followed by the grey water tank to clean out the waste hose!

My family had a wonderful experience and strongly recommend Daniel and this RV. He fully set up everything for us at our campsite and made sure it was ready, with the AC on and fridge/freezer cold at our arrival. Everything was fully stocked—linens, kitchen items, soap, etc. The TV system with DVD player worked great.
