Dinette makes into a youth bed (60" x 40") and has 2 large storage drawers. Handy size trailer for a guest bedroom/bathroom, since it fits in a driveway and only needs a dedicated standard outlet to run air conditioner.

Jim is very responsive and easy to work with when we contacted him. The Trailer was perfect. Jim delivered it and picked it. He set it up and showed us how to operate everything. This is a perfect trailer and we will definitely rent it again.
This was a great experience... Jim delivered and set up the trailer for us... perfectly on a difficult terrain. the trailer was clean and well appointed with an oversized fridge and ice trays full of ice. The generator made air conditioning possible. Perfect lil kitchen area. loved the trip made possible by Jim's trailer. YAY.Good times.
Jim was great. He made a lot of improvements on the trailer which made it more convenient and user-friendly. We did have an issue with the batteries not staying charged but despite the low battery voltage, the refrigerator kept running. I would definitely rent from him again.
Too bad RVshare is such a lousy platform, they take too much money from the renters and charge too much for insurance.

Since we were having battery life issues, we replaced the batteries with higher amp/hours this week. I'm running everything on solar this week and it's doing great now.

This was my first and last time renting an RV. The listing stated the trailer ran in solar. The owner arrived at the campsite before we did and chose the shadiest spot to set up the trailer. Our camp was from Thursday to Sunday. By 9pm Thursday night the solar power had died. By 4am everything was beeping and we lost all power altogether. No lights, no fridge, no running water.
Great service and nice trailer set up for couple. Hot water on demand was amazing.

Wow!! This was our first time renting a trailer and it was perfect! Jim took the time to tell us everything we needed to know and was easily reached by text and call for the one or two questions that inevitably came up. The little trailer had everything we needed for our weekend away. We even brought our new baby and enjoyed the trailer's air conditioning and little bathtub/shower combo.
