A great couples trailer, does have a pull out sofa for children or other guests. Electric awning, 2-30lb propane tanks that can be used for gas bbq, gas furnace. Hot water can be ran by gas or electric. Very large fresh water capacity for locations with no water hook up 82 gallons with 39 grey and 39 black tanks. Free standing table with 2 chairs (upon request 4 chairs possible).
