Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 25
- Pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- No travel to Mexico. This RV is tracked. Travel to Mexico equates to instant loss of entire security deposit and RV will be reported as stolen.
- Festival Usage Requires Approval & Additional Fees, Contact Us BEFORE Booking.
- No Smoking of any kind inside RV. Removing smoking stains and odors is a costly repair. If evidence of smoking is found, deductions for repairs will be taken.
- Extended Cleaning fees of $150 to $250 will be charged if cleaning needed beyond Sanitation. The RV should be brought back with dishes cleaned, trash removed, swept-ed and overall cleaned condition
- Dump fee of $100 will charged if unit is brought back with any materials in the tanks. We recommend dumping at your campsite or paying in advanced $50 to have us dump the RV for you.
Enjoy a vacation in our Minnie Winnie RV in our private gated yard located in the Bonita community of San Diego. The yard includes 15 amp electrical and shore water to allow for short and medium stays. The location is just a 20 minute drive to downtown San Diego and a 25 minute drive to the Mission Beach, Ocean Beach and Pacific Beach communities. The city of Bonita is a destination in itself, featuring golfing, horse back riding and wide variety of outdoor activities to enjoy and fun eateries.
