- No travel to Mexico. This RV is tracked. Travel to Mexico equates to instant loss of entire security deposit and RV will be reported as stolen.
- Festival Usage Requires Approval & Additional Fees, Contact Us BEFORE Booking.
- No Smoking of any kind inside RV. Removing smoking stains and odors is a costly repair. If evidence of smoking is found, deductions for repairs will be taken.
- Extended Cleaning fees of $150 to $250 will be charged if cleaning needed beyond Sanitation. The RV should be brought back with dishes cleaned, trash removed, swept-ed and overall cleaned condition
- Dump fee of $100 will charged if unit is brought back with any materials in the tanks. We recommend dumping at your campsite or paying in advanced $50 to have us dump the RV for you.
