We had a horrific experience over our rental time with camper and owner. We rented this camper for our wedding weekend and it almost ruined our trip and wedding. First of all there was nothing but electrical problems which the owner had no resolution nor did he offer to come and help solve the problems.
I am sorry for your experience. We did communicate multiple times and offer resolutions to each of your concerns. The Heat was fixed once we instructed you how to turn it on. Each concern you addressed we have checked and we can not find any issues. We delivered the camper a day early so that it would meet your timeline with no additional charge. We have tried to reach a resolution with no luck.
David was extremely courteous and professional. His RV was so nice. We will definitely reach out again when we are in need of an RV.
