Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 25
- Pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- If/when hooking up: please use the supplied surge protector, water regulator, and filter (PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE ensure that you use potable water/DO NOT cross contaminate with non-potable water)
- If hooking up to sewer: please keep black/grey tank valves closed until ready to dump; use supplied tank treatment pods per instructions; after final dump, return partially filled with clean water.
- The night prior to the end of trip/before dumping grey tank, please pour several ounces of dish soap down drain, to help with tank/sensor maintenance.
- Kitchen is furnished with some items from my personal pantry, if requested I can vacate or leave for your use. Otherwise just please respect the cast iron skillet and other cookware.
- Please, no wipes down the toilet. Toilet paper is acceptable. We should have a supply of TP for you, but if you end up having to obtain your own, Costco/KS is fine, or other RV-safe TP, please!
