We were charged $125 for an early pickup even though they didn’t actually show up early. In fact, the guy made us wait over an hour, then casually admitted he messed up. His apology? Four busted, sad folding chairs that looked like they’d been rescued from a curb on trash day, and three mismatched bags of linen that looked like they were pulled straight from a bin behind a thrift store.
this is not true!! I refunded Michael's group for their special request early trip start. I never met Michael, he was not with the group that picked up the unit nor was he with them when it was returned, somewhat fishy...
The unit was absolutly clean and I have the time stamped photos with the report to prove it!
Perfect for what we needed to have a fun weekend at King of the Hammers!
