Unfortunately, the RV was in rough shape. The doors didn't close properly, the battery was too small to keep the heat running overnight, and the generator struggled to start. The RV didn't come with a freshwater hose, and we barely made it back to Tractor Supply before they closed, delaying the trip. After buying a freshwater hose and grill propane bottle, we found out the Grill didn't even work.
I'm sorry you felt the camper was in rough shape for being a fairly new camper. I did explain to you about if the camper is not level it will cause the door to bind. I did apologize for not putting the house in the camper. I'm not sure which grill you referring to because I did supply one. I did have the battery checked upon return and one was bad.
We were in a bind and needed a trailer last minute. Craig was amazing with the response and the last minute delivery. The trailer was so nice and perfect for our event. We would definitely rent from Craig again.
