I drove from PA to Akron to pick up the RV. I was notified less than 2 hours before arriving that my RV was out of service and I would have to take something else, either a 35 footer or a 26 footer. As I had never driven a 35 foot motor home I had to take the 26 ft. model. There was an issue with the generator that caused a back up one to be used in case of emergency.
Kevin, I'm sorry to hear about your bad experience. The RV you originally requested needed urgent service repairs. This was out of my control, therefore, I communicated this with you immediately and offered to prepare another coach for you but in turn, I dropped everything that day to ensure you were able to go on your trip.
Drew is very personable. He thoroughly went over the features and operational details for the motorhome. The vehicle was clean, well maintained and fully equipped with cooking, cleaning, bedding, towels and washcloths. Our only minor complaint was that we could not find a way to open the curtains in the living area.
Pick up and drop off was efficient.

Best vacation ever! First experience with an RV. Will do again soon. Way better than dragging stuff in and out of hotels. We had a 3 hour delay heading south, in a car that would have been a nightmare. We have 2 small kids and we just put them to bed :)
