- RV must be returned as clean on inside as you received it.
- Rental agreement must be filled out and returned within 24 hours of reservation booking.
- Pets - Dogs will be considered with owner approval and $50 cleaning fee

Extra Cleaning Fee will only be charged if RV is not brought back as clean on the inside as it went out.
Empty Black water and Gray water tanks will only be charged if tanks are not empty upon return.
