- Pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- Strict NO smoking policy. If evidence is found of smoking inside the rental, we reserve the right to charge up to $750 to properly clean, treat and disinfect the rental.
- A 30 minute disinfect cleaning is included with the prep/return fee. You will return the rental back clean or additional fees will apply. Additional fees of $1.00 per minute of additional cleaning
- Festival Fee: Must reach out prior to booking, any and all event disclosure is required
- Prior approval required for all self towing. Must disclose tow vehicle and destination. Prior experience towing is required, inquire to discuss
