- Strict NO smoking policy. If evidence is found of smoking inside the rental, we reserve the right to charge up to $750 to properly clean, treat and disinfect the rental.
- A 30 minute disinfect cleaning is included with the prep/return fee. You will return the rental back clean or additional fees will apply. Additional fees of $1.00 per minute of additional cleaning

When this camper was picked up for our use, we were shown where the floor has a soft spot back by the bathroom and bunk area about 5ft span. We were also informed that they have been having issues with their slide on the unit. Explained to us to go in/out a bit, then start over....
