- .First and foremost, don't do anything illegal or that might get you or someone else hurt. This includes climbing on the roof.
- There is a strict no smoking policy that must be adhered to. If evidence of smoking inside the rental is found, we reserve the right to charge up to $750 to PROPERLY clean, treat and disinfect.
- A 30 minute disinfectant cleaning is included in your prep fee. You should bring the unit back cleaned from your trip or additional fees apply

We had an excellent experience renting this RV. The owner dropped off and set up the RV as expected with good communication along the way. Good quality RV. The only disappointment was that we had hoped to be able to sleep 2 couples and could only comfortably sleep one on the main queen. The other beds were rather short and not comfortable for anyone over 5'5.
Overall experience was good. We first booked a bigger camper with the same lister and it ended up being booked on another website so we settled for their next one. Which Im pretty sure was much smaller than the original one I picked out. I wish it came with a first time rv renter "how to" and what to "look for" because we had totally forgot about grey and black water useage.
