We had a great experience renting from Kiet from day one through the end of the trip. Everything was clearly explained at check-in, and the 5 pm check-in/check-out times worked very well for us. Kiet also kindly let me leave my car parked there for the duration of the rental, which saved us the hassle of arranging an extra driver. Driver seat cushion needs to be checked.
This RV was perfect for our group of five. Kiet was very thorough in explaining how everything worked. All of the beds were comfortable, and we had everything we needed to have an enjoyable long weekend. We will definitely keep this one in mind for future trips.
