None of the methods to charge your cell phone worked in the vehicle. This included the cigarette lighter outlets. This forced use of generator, allowing plug-in to AC outlet. Owner billed for generator use. This extremely important fact was not mentioned on RVShare site. Otherwise, we would not have selected this RV.
She was very responsive for any questions that came up during our stay, very easy to work with and flexible!
Shelisa was excellent explaining all the features and operations of the RV. Very thorough and professional.
The kids loved the RV, and the trip was flawless. Much better than a hotel!
