From booking to delivery drop off and then pick up our experwas great. As first time "campers", we appreciated the amenities that this RV trailer had to offer. If I had 1 complaint, it would be that the beds were very hard. But next time, I'd just bring a camping mat for underneath our sheets. Overall, I highly recommend and look forward to booking again next year at Knoebels.
