- Just be a decent person. You make a mess, clean it. You break something, fix it. Something happens, be honest. Treat it as if you're a guest in my house because we use it too! Please and Thank You!
- Any major cleaning needed outside of normal, responsible use, for example, spilled wine/alcohol, excessive mud/oils, extreme odors/smoking, pet stains, will be taken from the security deposit.
- A full walk through and around will be done with each renter before and after use.
- I do not rent for tailgate events, festivals or private residences. No party groups. i.e: you and your buddies splitting the cost for a "boys weekend"
- Relax and enjoy your much earned time off!

This camper was perfect for our family of 6. We had a good amount of space and the kids enjoyed their own area of the camper. It was nice to have a full size fridge with a freezer that made plenty of ice. The bathroom and shower were pretty room. We never ran out of hot water with everyone bathing at night. We made good meals, slept comfortably and had a great time!
