Camper was most definitely not taken care of and cleaned properly between guests. Received a partial refund from RVSHARE but was not a fair amount. Many things wrong but biggest one was owner KNEW the kitchen table was broke and rented to us anyways, so no table to eat, play cards, visit ECT. Very inconvenient. Owner "claimed" table was broke but it held a mop bucket full of water.

Apologies for your experience and understanding of the campers condition. As stated in the investigation, your “claims” were denied due to a lack of evidence. I greatly appreciate your business and hope we can work together in the future, however, you were granted a partial refund due to your understanding of an inconvenience. It was issued out of kindness, not requirement.
Our annual camping trip was a success thanks to Charles and his lovely “Rolling Retreat”! It was very convenient and he communicated well! We will reserve again soon!
