4 days prior to my rental Frankie asked me if he could deliver the trailer at 6pm instead of 11am due to his work schedule, I agreed. On the day of my rental Frankie messaged me at 11 am stating that his driver was on site. He had not communicated any change of plans regarding his request to deliver at 6pm.
