Kenny is very easy to deal with and very prompt to reply to Email and text messages.
My reason for not giving him a five star review is because the hot water heater in the camper never worked and I spent at least a day with roadside "service" and Youtube trying to solve the problem before giving up. We were paying premium daily fees for the camper, so this was a significant disappointment.
Thanks, Louis. I appreciate the feedback. However, there was full inspection prior to your trip. This RV has multiple systems reminders and it's possible that it was not entirely reset at the last tune up prior to your 6000 mile trip all over the country.
RV was as advertised. Kenny made it available 2 hours ahead of promised time. He checked in on us half way through the rental period. If we ever need a motorhome to rent in the area, we will go back to Kenny.
