- No smoking. If RV is returned with signs of smoking a minimum $500 smoke cleaning fee with be charged.
- EMPTY/ CLEAN the cassette toilet and gray water tank before returning. ($350 charge for each unclean tank)
- If a Pet is brought, a $500 deep cleaning fee will be charged
- Return the camper van with a full tank of gas. ($200 fee if returned without a full tank)
- Sport Event/tailgating, concert camping or festivals. $500 fee if RV is used for this; van has GPS location enabled.

Nick was a wonderful host! We had the best time living the van life for a 3 night camping trip with our kids. The van was thoughtfully stocked and supplied, very clean and comfortable. Our kids didn’t want the adventure to end!
