- Late Return Policy: All campers must be returned by the agreed-upon time stated in the rental contract. A late fee of $50 per hour will be applied for each hour past the agreed-upon scheduled time.
- Awning: DO NOT LEAVE AWNING OUT WHEN ANY WINDS ARE PRESENT OR FORECASTED! It happens fast and never intentional. Retract the awning when not in use or wind begins to blow.
- R.V. Toilet & Sink: * EXTREMELY IMPORTANT * NOTHING else may go in the toilets except for the chemicals and toilet paper provided. * (CAN CAUSE SERIOUS and EXPENSIVE ISSUES) *
- Roof: No lounging on the roof. Please avoid the roof altogether
- No Smoking or vaping inside the RV. Outside is ok.

The camper checked out fine but on our first leg to Colorado Springs we discovered that the bathroom door did not stay shut while traveling and the awning did not work properly. We called Camron and he drove down to our campsite the next morning. We fixed the awning but the bathroom door hinges were bad so I had to use a bungee cord to secure it while traveling.
Camron was great! So friendly and helpful through the whole experience. He was very communicative and I never had to worry if I had any questions! I would definitely rent from him again and recommend to everyone! Thanks Camron!

Camron was great to work with and the camper was perfect for our trip!!!
