Disappointing and Unsafe RV Experience
I recently rented an RV through rentflex360 via RVShare for a trip to Yellowstone, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. I want to clarify that this negative review is not a reflection on the reservation platform, but solely directed towards the owner of the RV.
The forms & info provided four months prior to your reservation help us and renters plan for their needs; you disregarded these until days before your trip, contributing to your issues. You also refused to let us know how long you were using the generator when we tried to help troubleshoot.
Below is the summery of the trip for our dispute. Please note that this renter and the rental unit are no where near what they pretend to be. You can see the issues we had below. I would like to focus on the renter. She is a scam artist. She represents herself as a lawyer right off the bat to intimidate you and say she can handle long court battles while other cant afford it.
As expressed in your dispute, I am sorry that you feel this way and did not have a good experience. I have responded to all of your concerns raised thoroughly in your dispute with RVShare, who denied your dispute. You have lied when there is written and photo evidence proving that you were not telling the truth. Your experience was a negative one exclusively due to improper use.
