Didn’t go so great. During the walkthrough we discovered there was no propane. So we drove with Mohammed until we found propane; took awhile but shit happens. We moved on. About an hour into the drive the RV started smelling pretty bad. By 2 hours we could barely breathe. Had to spend time searching for a dump station.
Mohammad made sure the RV was in good working order and we had zero problems with it on our trip. We were concerned when a bad review came in right before we were supposed to leave on our trip, but when we brought up our concerns with him, he responded thoroughly. He was quick to respond to questions that popped up while we were camping and we had an absolute blast on our trip.
RV was a disaster. Picked up and owner had to jump start the rental after saying he just took out the previous weekend. Dirty utensils and garbage in unit that were identified later. Floor needed to be vacuumed by owner at pick up. Not a fully stocked kitchen as described. No grill as described. I had to get jumpstarted twice during the trip.
Mohammad was very responsive and helpful in all of his communications with us, from initial reservation to pick-up orientation, to return drop-off. The RV itself was comfortable to ride in and sleep in. It was supplied with many accessories and incidentals for sleeping, cooking, and general maintenance.
He prepared us well in many ways and made it a very good experience.
This RV was absolutely perfect for our family trip to Olympic. It was small enough at 24 ft to fit at campgrounds but the slide outs made it very roomy and comfortable for the five of us. It handled like a dream on the highway and got great gas mileage.
