There are not enough stars to give Glen and this camper! The camper itself was as advertised. The camper was clean and stocked with the necessities. It was more than spacious for 2 adults and 2 kids and our dog. Glen went above and beyond from the start to finish of our trip. I would 10 out 10 recommend!

BEWARE!!!
We rented the RV from Glen to go to upstate NY for a family hunting trip. On the way there (about 2 hours into the ride) one of the right RV tires blew out. We pulled over and attempted to put out a flare or a cone and there was no safety equipment in the RV. When my husband went to change the tire with the 1 spare provided, there was no jack or lug nut wrench.
I understand your frustration in having a blowout. It is an unfortunate accident. I always go out of my way for my customers as I did for you. I allowed you to come check out the camper before you even booked it to allow you to smell it. Accidents happen and there was damaged caused. You purchased insurance to cover damages.
I have rented campers quite a few times throughout Virginia, Maryland and North Carolina and this by far has been the best experience! The camper was exactly as pictured, delivered a day ahead of the planned trip and was clean, roomy and supplied with anything one could need on a trip! Glen was always available with questions during the trip, would go out of his way to help when needed!

Great weekend at horse show in Raleigh with the family. Glen delivered the RV, made it super easy for us, everything was set up and ready. Few questions as we were settling in, Glen was quick to respond. RV was clean, kitchen had everything we needed...would highly recommend for your next adventure!
