- Minimum renter age of 25 not allowed
- Pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- Dogs are not allowed on furniture or beds. An excessive cleaning fee will be added if extensive cleaning is necessary.
- A black tank fee of $150.00 will be added if returned unemptied.
- Smoking is not allowed in the camper. A fee of $800 will be charged if the presence of smoking is found in the camper.
- We are not responsible for items left behind on a trip.
