Our family loves to travel, whether it is a short weekend getaway or a cross-country adventure! Our cozy RV is large enough to accommodate a group of 6-8 people (6 Adults/4 Adults & 4 Kids) but small enough to be easy and comfortable to maneuver on the road.

Mandy and I have been traveling for years. We are always on the go, whether to visit family or the National Park System. Our family moved to TN about 10 years ago from FL. We wanted to get out of the city and back into the mountains. I drive a semi for a living and have always passed by the sights that we are now traveling to and getting truly into the Heart of America!

Rental Rules

- Use the toilet paper that is supplied with the RV Rental. Do not flush feminine products, baby wipes, flushable wipes, or paper towels. These item will cause clogs and damages to the septic system.
- Pick-up and Drop off times can be adjusted with communication.
- Please use the cleaning products supplied with the camper. Harsh chemicals, including bleach, are not compatible with a septic system and can cause damages and other issues.
- No Festivals.
- Before returning: Remove all food, remove belongings, top off fuel, dump black and grey tanks. Return it the way you received it.

Very accommodating and understanding in regards to the pickup and drop off time. The only hiccup we had was that the oven set off the propane alarm inside twice. Other than that, it was smooth as can be. The queen bed is super comfortable. The additional items that come with it are amazing (Blackstone, 2 tables, popup tent, 6 camping chairs).

Eric and Mandy are fantastic! Great communication and very helpful with coordinating the trip. The RV was very clean and everything ran smoothly as expected. They provided all of the essential items and more. Wonderful experience. I fully recommend them for any trips in the future!

WHAT AN AMAZING TIME!!!! Great family to rent from!! If you live in a 4-5 hour or a heading near their location, this is the RV you want. Even if you’re only 4 it’s worth having the space and such a great RV with all your needs. So easy to drive, hook up and maintain. WE HAD A BLAST AND EVERYONE WAD SO HELPFUL AND UNDERSTANDING WHEN WE PI KED UP LATE AND RETURNED LATE.
We are so glad everything worked out for the ECLIPSE!! Definitely something the kids will always remember. Just let us know about this summer. We are more than happy to give you a list of ideas for local outdoor summer locations and activities.
