- No smoking or vaping allowed. $500 fine for smoking on the property outdoors and $2,000 fine plus actual remediation costs for smoking inside.
- No stealing. Please do not take any of our magical items with you. Stealing items is a serious violation of the host's property rights, and it may have legal consequences.
- Awnings: We do not allow usage of the exterior awning. This is for your protection because they are up to $5000 to replace and can be damaged very easily due to changing weather conditions.
- No pets allowed including service animals. As pet damage can be expensive to repair, and many renters can be allergic to pets, we aim to provide a safe and clean experience for all.
