- Minimum renter age of 25
- First and foremost, don't do anything illegal or that might get you or someone else hurt. This includes climbing on the roof. You must be 25 or older to drive.
- There is a strict no smoking policy that must be adhered to. If evidence of smoking inside the rental is found, we reserve the right to charge up to $750 to PROPERLY clean, treat and disinfect.
- No 4-wheeling or off roading
- You must dump/empty the septic before returning. We do a septic tank flush on return.
- A 30 minute disinfectant cleaning is included in your prep fee. You should bring the unit back cleaned from your trip or additional fees apply

This was such a wonderful rental experience! Molly was very communicative leading up to our trip. We had the Kingsley delivered to our house and Marissa gave us a thorough walk through ans taught us how everything worked. She was both personable and knowledgeable. The Kinsgley is a beautiful RV and way easier to drive than I was anticipating.
Having had experience with tents, bumper pull campers and a lot of experience with a Class A coach I was initially impressed with this coach. There are a lot of systems on a coach and they are a high maintenance vehicle in my experience.
The self leveling system worked great and the slide outs and generator worked well on this class c coach.
