Overall ok experience. We had to wait an hour at pick up location and couldn’t get a hold of the owner until we went inside a nearby business to find out she was on her way. We wanted a generator to rent however she forgot to bring it. But, she met us at a local hardware store and she bought a new one so it worked out. Drop off was easy.
Heather was fantastic to work with. She was informative and responsive. Heather made the whole process easy from reserving her RV to setting it up and breaking it dow for us. I would definitely rent from her again.
Heather was friendly and informative about the trailer and was also very accommodating with schedule, drop off and pickup! A+ rental experience!
