This was the worst experience we have ever had. The RV was disgustingly dirty and it smelled terribly because the black tank was full. It did not match up to the pictures or description. We went to Tennessee where the RV broke down. We had to leave it there and get an Uber to rent a car and drive home many hundreds of miles.
The rv was repaired in one day . The renter abandoned the rv in a parking lot. I drove 700 miles to come get it . They left the black tank full . Fridge was full with rotting food and garbage can was filled to the top. Rv was left dirty and smelled bad from the tank which they did not empty upon leaving campground. Total slobs
I have rented several RVs in my life on various platforms and this was by far the worst experience I have ever had. Communication pre-trip was difficult and it was hard to coordinate the pickup. Frank did not have a written user guide for the RV and it was hard to understand what would be provided / included with the rental.
The renter was a total slob. Left the Blackwater tank full and broke the recently repair bedroom door . Any rotten food in the fridge belonged to them. There was an owners manual in the overhead compartment which was pointed out to them . I took a day off work to accommodate their schedule when it clearly says 3pm p/u and drop off. This is what happens when you rent to low life garbage.
