This is how things should be, communication was excellent. This was my first time renting a travel trailer and my host was perfect showed me how everything works and how to use them. Had trailer stocked with the little things people forget to take on a camping trip. Trailer was In in great condition everything I needed worked for a 4 day weekend trip. I will be renting again soon. Thank you š
