Everything is as advertised and the RV is very easy to drive and set up. There is even more room than the pictures show and everything is in working order. If you like the pics and descriptions then rent it, you won’t be disappointed.

First time renting a RV! What an easy experience, Amanda’s family has a beautiful rig! Wouldn’t change a thing.
Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 25
- No pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- 1.) No smoking of ANY kind, as well as any illicit drugs. This is our family rv we use with our kids. 2.) No pets unless approved by us ahead of time. 3.Please be curtious and clean up after yourself.
- 4.) We will deep clean but appreciate you sweeping up, and maintaining. 6.) Respect our property, this is our family rv we would like to continue to use.
Have a pool on property. Farm fields surrounding but close to Bay City and any attractions they have. Close to lots of destinations in Michigan, easy access to highways. Electric hook-up, and water. Is on home property, we have a dog and kids that may be running around.
There will be a fee if gas tank is not full upon return for amount of gas to fill tank. A $50 dollar fee will be added if black/grey tanks are not emptied before return, and a $50 fee will be charged if propane tank needs to be filled.
