Houd was very easy to work with. He was very accommodating and quick to answer any questions. Zero issues with the RV. Would highly recommend!
We rented this RV to go to Ohio for the total solar eclipse. The pick-up experience went well. Houd was very accommodating. The vehicle drove nicely. There ws more than enough room for all out stuff.
As we drove we discovered that the latch that holds the refrigerator doors closed works its way open and the doors pop open. We had to tie it closed. This is something to be aware of as you drive.
Houd made my RV experience well worth it. His RV was very clean and well maintained. His communication and response time was excellent. He also took the extra effort to check and see how everything was going and to insure me that he was available if I ran into any problems. I’ll definitely rent from him again!!!
