Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 25
- No pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- A $125 cleaning fee with be taken from the security deposit for any excessive cleaning needed, including any hard stains or smoke odor.
- Awning needs to be retracted during wind and rain to prevent damage to the trailer.
- Dumping fee will be deducted from the security deposit if not emptied prior to drop-off. (most camp grounds have free dump sites available)
- Any of the items provided; linens, chairs, grills, lights, board games, etc. will need to be left in the RV in the condition found or items will be deducted from the security deposit.
