- You are responsible to make sure that you have the necessary hook ups depending upon your length of stay. Anything over 3 to 4 days you will need more water and to dump the sewage. If you
- If you are using it for an extra bedroom at someone's house at a time you need the AC and you plan on hooking it up to the house you need to find the outlet that has at least 20 amps preferably 30amp.
- You are responsible before booking to ask questions about hook ups. I will assume you have done your research ahead of booking. Please ask questions.
- If you are going to Davidson River Campground. Please make sure you book the right site for the time of year. A lot of sites at this campground do NOT have electric hook ups so no AC. at night.
- When you not need AC and you need heat that is fine with propane which is on board, and might be an additional charge depending on length of stay.

Cherie is a super host in our book! She accommodated our every need and provided top-notch service, including delivery and pickup. She always responded to my questions in a timely manner prior to our trip and even played Buzz Lightyear with our 3 yr old when she delivered the RV to our campsite. The RV was clean, organized and had everything we needed for a weekend away.

Delivery was on time and a run through of RV was good. While on our stay, there was a massive storm and the awning was damaged. Cherie was so quick to talk through what to do in the moment and came the next morning to handle it ( now to see if RV share insurance works!)
The RV was clean and she had all the things we needed! Highly recommend her and this RV.
