HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! This was my family’s first time renting an RV, and 6 hours from home at that! We got to our campsite prior to them setting it up, & at that time realized there was no sewer hook up. Alexis said we would need to use the Porto potty so we didn’t fill the tank up & take 2 minute showers( family of 4)!
I’m sorry that you didn’t have a good experience. We reached out later at night and during our work hours. We were willing to fix the water issue and refund a reasonable amount due to not having the hot water for one night.
The site you picked was not full hookup which means the amount of waste you can have is limited and we did not have control of that.
