easy pick up, great communication from the owner and very friendly. We had a few questions while even on the road and they answered the phone every time. The RV itself rides nice, easy to handle and perfect for 6-7 people.

The RV had no air conditioning. Also the electric cord which plugs in the RV was no good. We had to get a electrician to fix it on our vacation. The RV was alot a money to rent, so everything should have been working.
We appreciate your comments , however the electrical cord was working perfectly as you saw when we disconnected from our home 30amp circuit. The air conditioner was also working perfectly when you picked it up from our home. In fact you commented how cold it was and we explained to keep the main vent closed in order to disperse the air in the entire RV.
Fini and Anthony are the loveliest host you can ever have! The rv had all the amenities you would need and more than you can think of. RV runs really smooth and the interior is so comfortable and welcoming.
We had a great trip taking this RV down to Tenessee. I'd highly recommend anyone in the area to rent this RV for their next big trip
